REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO PERFORM DRYDOCKING WORKS ON A MARINE VESSEL

Competent and reputable interested firms invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI), for performing Dry-Docking works on Marine Vessel-MV Pearl (RO-RO Ferry).

The EOI must be accompanied by the details of the company profi le and competency statement evidencing their verifi able technical capacity and prior experience in eff ectively performing dry-docking and maintenance services similar to that for MV Pearl RO/RO Vessel, which is scheduled for June/July 2025 or thereabout, at an aff ordable, accessible and suitable facility/yard fi t-forpurpose of the desired dry-docking and indeed at the convenience of the successful bidder.

The interested bidder shall pay a non-refundable fee of USD 100 (United States Dollars, One Hundred Only) to the Bank, the details of which will be provided upon request through email, procurementcommittee@kis.co.ug. After proof of payment is sent to procurementcommittee@kis.co.ug, other follow-up communications, details on the bidding process, the bid documents and evaluation criteria will be provided to the interested bidders through their preferred email.
