Through its strategic investments, KIS has greatly contributed to social economic development and transformation in Kalangala District by providing vital infrastructure amenities to Bugala Island under a Private Public Partnership with the Government of Uganda (GOU). KIS aims to improve the social and economic life of the residents and visitors on Island through the provision of world-class ferry services, power and clean water supply while constantly ensuring all stakeholder expectations are met.
