All Water and Power bills  can be paid through:

2: Our Branch Offices in:

• Bbeta Trading Centre
• Mulabana  Kyagalanyi.

3: Mobile Money Payment

Simply Dial *210*500# and follow the simple prompts. You will provided a menu to;

1. Pay for KIS Power;

2. Retrieve Power token (in case the SMS with the 20-digit token doesn’t come within 5minutes);

3. Pay for KIS Water;

4. Check your Water Mini statement.

4: FTB Bank

• Walk-in to the FTB bank counter or
• Dial *224# or Use the FTB Trust Mobile App (for only FTB bank account holders registered on Mobile Banking).

Customers are urged to always ensure that they are given Receipts when payments are made through our Offices as proof of payment
